All the accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE/Scopus for indexing*.
Paper Length and Template
The minimum requirement of the paper length is 3000 words excluding the references in a single column format (see Paper Template.docx).
Paper Format
The paper must be submitted as a MS-Word document. LaTeX files are NOT acceptable. In general, for preparing the conference articles, you can use APA format for headings and citations.
The research papers for this conference will be published in the form of an edited book indexed by Scopus.
All submitted articles will be double blind peer reviewed. All articles will be checked for plagiarism and AI-generated content. All selected papers will be submitted for indexing in a database indexed by Scopus OR Web of Science. Authors may be asked to provide an extended version of their papers to be published in a special issue of reputed Scopus-indexed journals.
Plagiarism and Self Plagiarism Concerns:
In order to be considered original, a manuscript must be at least 80% new material with no more than 200 consecutive words (properly cited) repeated verbatim from any previously published work. All instances of plagiarism will be immediately rejected and returned to the authors. All cases will be dealt according to COPE guidelines.
AI fair-usage Policy
Compliance with the AI fair-usage policy is strictly mandatory. Submissions containing a preponderance of AI-generated content will be rejected without detailed review or explanation.
Authors will also be asked to sign the Author’s Warranty and Transfer of Copyright Agreement digitally (Link will be sent via email).
The conference organizing committee welcomes proposals for special sessions and tutorials to be held during the conference. Interested speakers and researchers are kindly requested to send their proposals by email to the conference at: researchconference@polytechnic.bh.
